Pilates classes for Leiden University employees
On June 5, 12 and 19, the University Sports Centre organized three free Pilates sessions for all employees of Leiden University. A large number of employees took this opportunity to relax after a hard day's work. Our Pilates instructor Smaranda gave the classes with great pleasure, in which muscle strengthening exercises and stretches were alternated with more relaxing exercises. We hope that all participants enjoyed the classes. Ivana van Leeuwen, employee at Leiden Observatory, shares her experience with us.
