Last week we challenged you with our USC sustainability challenge. This time, we will have a more in-depth look at the fourth step of our challenge: eating seasonal produce for a day. Grab your bike and go for a ride to a local farmer or indoor vegetable garden.
New COVID-19 measures
Starting from Saturday January 23 until Wednesday February 10, a curfew will apply in the Netherlands between 9 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. This means that all USC sports activities will end one hour and 15 minutes before the start of the curfew. Sports at the USC is therefore possible until 7:45 pm at the latest. This gives our employees time to close everything down and be home on time.

After the holidays, and probably lots of eating and drinking, most of us are feeling the need to get back on track with their healthy lifestyle. To help you jump-start the new year and boost your motivation we created a mealplan for you, including easy-to-make recipes. This mealplan is for both women and men. Portions are adjusted into the plan.
