In the early morning, we start with slow exercises. Surrender completely and experience the tranquility that meditative exercises can bring you.
Later in the morning, the USC teachers will give you a workout to stay flexible at your home workplace.
We will end the day with a more active workout, a Zumba class for example. How nice to invite roommates to join?!
