Yoga Basics at the USC

The Yoga Basics class is an accessible class, very suitable for people who want to get familiar with different yoga forms. You build flexibility and strength and you get a feeling of peace and tranquility. Important here are controlled breathing, concentration and a structured series of stretches, movements and postures to music. There is a nice structure in the lesson, we start with a simple warm-up to start the day right. This is followed by a number of yoga and pilates exercises and the class ends with a relaxing meditation.
