Strong30 / Strong by Zumba at the USC
Strong by Zumba is the first non-dance based class from the fitness brand Zumba® Fitness. It is not a dance class. STRONG by Zumba® combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. It combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. STRONG by Zumba® uses fast-paced rhythms like EDM, Hip-Hop, and fusion genres like Moombahton to get the students 100% focused on the moves instead of counting reps. Just as in a Zumba® class, we move to the beat. The STRONG by Zumba®-class is 55 minutes.
Besides STRONG by Zumba® is the option STRONG 30™, the class in 30 minutes. Within the next eight weeks we will work on arms, legs, abs and glutes. Get ready to get stronger. STRONG 30 ™ is a very high-intensity full-body workout that helps you shape your muscles, train your condition, and sit high in your calorie burn during and even after the workout. And all in 30 minutes. Since we use different modifications (LOW, BASE, MAX), this lesson is very accessible to everyone. The uplifting beats that match the exercises make you train just a little harder.
