Stretching at the USC!
In the stretch class you work for 30 minutes for the elongation and relaxation of your muscles. The class is suitable for users who need an extended cooling down after a sport or dance class. Or for members who want to enhance their ability to move. Everyone can do the exercises at their own level. The class is open to everyone. However, it is recommended to have pre-workout, so the muscles are warmed up.
