Stretching at the USC!

Important notice: Activities at the USC during this Pandemic are under strict conditions. Read the Rules and Conditions carefully.

In the stretch class you work for 30 minutes for the elongation and relaxation of your muscles. The class is suitable for users who need an extended cooling down after a sport or dance class. Or for members who want to enhance their ability to move. Everyone can do the exercises at their own level. The class is open to everyone. However, it is recommended to have pre-workout, so the muscles are warmed up.
