Step is also great for burning off fat and for the leg and buttock muscles. Step is like running up and down the stairs in a hundred different ways. At the beginning of each lesson the basic steps which you have mastered are placed in a certain order and applied to create a dynamic and challenging choreography which can easily be followed by all-comers.
