Pound at the USC
Pound is the world's first cardio jam session, originated in Los Angeles in 2011. Using Ripstix, specially designed lightweight drumsticks, you train the entire body during this workout. All exercises are done on rock music. Pound brings together cardio, fitness training, strength training, yoga and pilates.
Thanks to the Ripstix the focus shifts during the training of counting the exercises or watching the clock to the rhythm of the music. As a result, the exercises can be better maintained. Pound improves the sense of rhythm, coordination, speed and endurance.
There are no classes during the EL CID week. The new sports schedule 2019-2020 will be here from 2 September.
