In a busy world, we often forget the power of our breath and the importance of energetic balance. This soothing session takes you on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace through meditation, breathing and visualizations. Together we work in a grounding way to regulate your energy and bring balance to both body and mind.
What can you expect?
Each session focuses on a specific chakra, where we discover how to balance and keep these energy centers. Through meditation, breathing exercises and listening to music you learn to regulate your own energy, release tension and feel more connected to yourself. Visualizations help you connect with the subtle energy in your body on a deeper level, making you feel more powerful and stable.
After this training:
- You’ll understand how you can regulate your energy through breathing and meditation
- You have practical tools to ground yourself and release tension
- You discovered the chakra theory and learned the basics of rebalancing your chakras
- You developed a deeper awareness of yourself, which helps you find peace in everyday life
Class design
Each 55-minute session is a combination of theory and guided exercises. This class is open to anyone who wants to delve deeper into breathing, meditation and chakra theory. No experience is required – just an open mind and the desire to experience balance.
