Do you want a good start of the new year? Then join a 4-week meditation workshop. Learn different forms of meditation, and find out that meditation is suitable for everyone. Get acquainted with techniques that you can also apply at home and that will contribute to more relaxation, creativity and more awareness in your daily life.
