Do you want to start meditation? Good plan.
Meditation has positive effects on your health and happiness even if you only do it a few few minutes a day, and it's not difficult at all.
Meditation brings you to rest. You release stress and get an overview on your life. You'll also get to know yourself better and better. You'll come closer to your true nature, as it were. Meditation can be a spiritual experience - but it does not have to be.
In addition, meditation has a large number of health benefits. Meditation reduces stress hormones in your body, lowers your blood pressure and calms and restores your body.
