Circuit training at the USC

HIIT training is an intensive interval training which is held in the gym of USC Plex-Fit. It consists of two rounds, one of 10 x 2 minutes and one of 10 x 1.5 minutes, made up of both strength and cardio exercises.

During the sessions you’ll be encouraged to give it your all and raise your heartbeat to make sure you get maximum results. It’s the ideal training for people who want to lose weight or lower their fat percentage. It can also introduce a bit of variety if you’re doing hypertrophy training in the gym.
