HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, a term that is becoming more and more popular in the gym. High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT, is a circuit based high energy mix of cardio and strength exercises. Scientifically proven to be one of the most effective trainings around, this is the best training for gaining muscle whilst burning fat at an equal rate. HIIT at The Buzz consists of 4 rounds of 10 exercises,

This class that we offer in the The Buzz is a real "killer" because the intensive blocks of strength and cardio exercises are alternated.

Are you looking for a training with a high "fun and burn" level? Then make sure to register in time, because there is a maximum of 10 spots per class.
