High Intensity Interval Training bij het USC

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, a term that is becoming more and more popular in the gym.

The "rate" is a playful abbreviation of heart rate, because during this training your personal results are measured via a Polar heart rate sensor that is linked to your own personal profile. This ensures extra motivation during the classes and afterwards you will receive the results by email.

This new class that we will be offering three times a week in the USC fitness, promises to be a real "killer" because the intensive blocks of strength and cardio exercises are alternated.

Are you looking for a training with a high "fun and burn" level? Then make sure to register in time, because there is a maximum of 10 spots per class.

Requirements during this class:

PLEASE NOTE: If you sign up and you do not show up without signing off, we will charge you a fine of € 1, -. This fine will be parked on your account. As long as the fine has not been paid you cannot use the facilities of the USC. If you opt out in advance (at least 30 minutes), we will not charge you a fine.
