Gladiator Workout bij het USC
Gladiator is a new (group)fitness and personal training concept. This intensive class is based on circuit training and was carefully designed to be a power and cardio training.
Circuit and intervaltrainings have been proven to be the most effective trainingsforms, short varied intensive workouts as opposed to hours running or on a cross trainer, keeping your body guessing. This is exactly what Gladiator is.

Alternate your group classes with specific strength training in the gym for better core stability, more muscle strength and overall stability. This will make you stronger, fitter and more vital.
