Gladiator Bootcamp is a new (group)fitness and personal training concept. This intensive class is based on circuit training and was carefully designed to be a power and cardio training.

Circuit and interval trainings have been proven to be the most effective training forms, short varied intensive workouts as opposed to hours running or on a cross trainer, keeping your body guessing. This is exactly what Gladiator is.
