Gentle Vinyasa is a form of yoga that sequences poses in a fluid, continuous way, assigning an inhale or exhale to each movement of the body. Traditionally, vinyasa means “linking breath to movement.” This combination of breath and movement helps you to get into the moment and to work on a strong and flexible body.
