Easy Flow yoga at the USC

Easy Flow yoga is a calm and relaxing yoga style derived from the Ashtanga series. Compared to Ashtanga Easy Flow yoga has a softer and freer approach to the asanas' flow.
The lessons are more relaxing, due to the alternation of dynamic and static poses and the possibility to modify the pose. Key to this style is the continuous movement from one asana to the next in a calm, mindful and gentle "flow" still stretching and building strength in our body.
The practitioner will build new energy with Easy Flow yoga, due to the nice pace, dynamic and softness of the exercises, and it is ideal if you want to manage your energy balance carefully without challenging yourself to the extremes physically.
All level of yoga practitioners can enjoy this class.
