Core Flow Yoga at the USC

In a demanding society there is often very little space or attention for oneself. This makes us easy targets for stress and exhaustion so that we are distracted from what we truly want, feel or are. That’s why, at the USC, you can participate in a variety of activities to achieve a better balance and coordination between mind and body.

Core Flow Yoga will be on the schedule from 5 September to 24 October 2019.
At Core Flow Yoga the muscle strengthening exercises from the Pilates are combined with the flow and stretches known at Vinyasa yoga. A Yang yoga class with extra focus on developing a strong core. Your core is your centre of power consisting of your abdominal, back, buttock, and pelvic muscles. These form the basis of posture, movement and balance. With Core Flow you build strength and endurance in the body's core muscles. Discover and learn how to use the pelvic floor and the iliopsoas to feel and connect with your center, increasing stability.
Feel better aligned as you stretch and strengthen all the major muscles groups, making all postures easier.
