Club Step at the USC
Club Step is also great for burning off fat and for the leg and buttock muscles. Step is like running up and down the stairs in a hundred different ways. At the beginning of each lesson the basic steps which you have mastered are placed in a certain order and applied to create a dynamic and challenging choreography which can easily be followed by all-comers.
