Chakra Yoga at the USC
In the chakra yoga class we return to our essence. The seven chakras, or energy wheels, are connected to our physical and mental well-being. In this lesson, this energy is brought back into balance. Each week a different chakra will be central, and through meditation, breathing exercises, active (yang) and passive (yin) postures the functioning of the chakras will be supported.
