Breathe & Balance: Relax and unwind.
In a world where you are constantly exposed to stimuli and expectations, it is important to create moments of peace. This class is open to anyone looking for more balance and relaxation, whether you are a busy student, have a demanding job or simply need a moment of peace and connection with yourself.
What can you expect?
Each session focuses on a specific theme, such as stress management, focus and energy regulation. Through breathing exercises, meditation and visualizations you learn to release tension and restore your energy. We introduce chakra teachings in a practical, accessible way, so that you better understand how your body and mind work together.
Where?
The lessons will be held in the club building of the USC, next to our sports fields. Location: Goliuspad 19.
After this training:
You know how to use breathing to reduce stress and improve your focus. You will also receive simple tools to release tension and ground yourself, even during busy periods. You understand how you can bring balance into your life with energy work, such as chakra teaching. Finally, you will feel more confident and calmer in your daily life.
Lesson plan
The 55-minute sessions combine short pieces of theory with practical exercises. You don't need any experience to participate – a curious attitude and a desire for balance are enough. These classes are ideal for anyone who wants to learn to relax, build energy and feel stronger and more balanced."
