Boot Camp at the USC
Important notice: Activities at the USC during this Pandemic are under strict conditions. Read the Rules and Conditions carefully.
Boot Camp training comes from the United States and is based on training methods used by the American army. The training sessions are very popular because they increase fitness in a short period of time. A full-body workout, whereby stamina and strength are improved using a variety of movement and equipment to ‘drill’ participants into shape. We’re talking jumping, push-ups, sit-ups, knee-bends and weightlifting. Thrust and kick exercises from the Tae Bo classes are also used and you will engage in exercises with other participants. During a Boot Camp training session you will work out in a group. Because everyone motivates each other, you can keep up a Boot Camp training session for longer than an individual training session.
Registration rules
Certain registration rules apply to our group classes and fitness training, which can be found on this page. Read them carefully.

FROM COUCH POTATO TO GO-GETTER!
Boot Camp is the ideal way to improve your fitness in a short period of time. There is no choreography to learn, just the repetition of exercises to make sure you push your fitness boundaries further every time. Fitness exercises are alternated with strength exercises at speed. This gets you fitter faster and helps you burn calories fast. It doesn’t matter what your level is, or how good your fitness is, anyone can participate. Join in and increase your self-confidence, stamina and willpower.
FITNESS SCHEDULE TO FIT
Many participants combine Boot Camp classes with visits to the gym. This ensures the necessary variation in training schedule and will allow you to become even fitter and stronger. Ask our fitness instructors for a workout schedule to fit your needs.
