Bootcamp Outdoor at the USC
Outdoor Bootcamp is an intensive full-body workout in the fresh air, focusing on strength, cardio, and endurance. The training combines HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), functional exercises, and conditioning drills.
During the session, you'll perform bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and burpees, while also using natural and free-weight training equipment like kettlebells, resistance bands, and medicine balls. Running, jumping, and explosive movements create a challenging and dynamic workout.
Each session starts with a warm-up, followed by a circuit training with different stations, and ends with a cool-down and stretching. Thanks to the variety in exercises and intensity, the Bootcamp is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants.
Train outdoors, challenge yourself, and build strength and endurance!
