Bootcamp Indoor at the USC
Bootcamp Indoor combine high-intensity training sessions involving HIIT, strength training, and cardio. Participants engage in diverse routines utilizing body exercises and equipment like kettlebells and medicine balls.
USC's Bootcamp Indoor class prioritizes endurance while also giving focus to strengthening abdominal and back muscles, along with improving flexibility. The class starts with arm, leg, and torso warm-up exercises, followed by stretching. The main session targets all muscle groups, incorporating running, jumping, and strength exercises with dumbbells. This comprehensive approach builds cardio and strength effectively, delivering quick results through smooth, fast-paced interval training to music. The session concludes with a brief cooling-down and stretching, with specific attention to the used muscle groups if needed.
