Aerobics at the USC

Joining one of the many group classes the USC has on offer is a highly effective way to achieve your training goals. Combining fitness and group classes ensures that working out at the USC will never get boring!

In a relaxed atmosphere you will get to know the other participants quickly, which will make continuing to come back much easier. In a friendly group you will rise faster and more easily to higher levels and achieve more! Our motivated and enthusiastic instructors guarantee an hour of fun and variation and make sure you stay motivated!

Together you will achieve more. This not only applies to sport but to almost anything in life. By taking part in the group classes you can enhance your social network while working out and let the group keep you motivated to keep going! Alternate your group classes with specific strength training in the gym for better core stability, more muscle strength and overall stability. This will make you stronger, fitter and more vital. Our fitness instructors are happy to help you create a specific training schedule.

Participate in Aerobics

By combining the  different steps and various exercises, you make up an aerobics dance. The music is ‘funky’ and the trainer experienced. It is good training to improve your fitness and also to increase the rate at which you burn off fat. It also strengthens the upper leg and buttock muscles. Don’t worry that all these steps will be too difficult, Aerobics is suitable for everyone!
