New 5-week running course

Want to boost your fitness, improve your running technique or prepare for the Leiden Science Run? The University Sports Centre is offering five running training sessions starting 20 May, suitable for all levels. Whether you're aiming for your first 5K or training for a half marathon, these sessions will help you progress.
Dates: 20 May, 27 May, 3 June, 10 June, and 17 June.
What to expect:
✔ Interval training with a focus on technique and theory
✔ Personal coaching by trainer Andy
✔ Training schedules for individual sessions
✔ A friendly and motivating group of fellow runners
When? Tuesday evenings, 18:00 – 19:30 (starting 20 May)
Where? Meet at the USC sports café (Einsteinweg 6)
