Running is an ideal sport in lockdown times. It is corona-proof, suitable for all levels, you can do it as often as you want and you will feel your fitness improving quickly. Only it is difficult to maintain the motivation… Recognizable? Then set a concrete goal: to run a distance of the Leiden Marathon on October 10, 2021. With distances from 5km to 42km, this is suitable for everyone to participate. A nice extra is that the Leiden Marathon is the official Dutch Student Championship for all running distances.
