Get to know each other in a new way
At the USC you and your team can escape the daily routine. You’ll finally have time for each other. Just by being in a different environment you’ll start to notice small changes: the atmosphere, the way you talk to each other. Together with your team you can progress through a varied schedule of activities: a mixture of sports, dance, strength and stamina training, relaxation and fun!

All clinics are conducted by certified instructors. The USC can accommodate large groups of up to 2000 people. Each programme is designed according to the needs and wishes of the group. All age groups are welcome.
Combining pleasure with purpose
The beauty of combining sports with team building activities is that by way of doing something completely different with your colleagues, you really get to know each other and learn to get along better. On top of that, it's good for your health and good for the productivity of your company. As a team you are also welcome to make use of meeting room facilities either before or after your sporting activities.
