Pole Fitness is the ultimate workout for modern women and sets itself apart by combining cardio- and strength training. By combining techniques on the pole with Gogo-aerobics your movements become graceful and streamlined. You will be amazed at how many muscles you use and how quickly you will master the techniques and exercises. Without realising it, but through a carefully developed programme, you will work towards reaching a peak of activity in each hour-long training session. The cooling down decreases the tension in your muscles and increases your agility, which will come in handy for the next class.

Pole Fitness is an ideal way to combine sport with creativity for the expressive athlete - spectacular spins and choreography, graceful movements and a great deal of fun. The combination of strength training (pole dancing techniques) and cardio training (aerobics) creates a very complete high-impact total body workout. A complete programme leads you, step by step, to extraordinary techniques that make you feel amazing. You improve your fitness, increase muscle strength, get a better sense of rhythm and become more self-confident. Without noticing you will push your limits further and further every time so at the end of each class you won’t be able to wait for the next.

In addition to taking your Pole Fitness classes, come to our gym and work specifically on strengthening your muscles and improving your fitness. This will ensure even faster progress on the dance pole. Ask our fitness instructors for a training schedule to fit your needs.

STARTING POLE FITNESS

Do you think it would be fun to have a go? We have a special one hour a week, 8 week course for beginners. You will learn to use the pole for a variety of exercises, combined with gogo dancing. Sign up for this course at the front desk at the sports centre or through the website and come and train with us in these challenging and fun classes!
